Q: How can we find someone with whom we can share a hotel room to reduce expenses?
A: Please contact Brian Jeffs, who is serving as an intermediary to connect people who want to share a room. Please include in the email your gender and what nights you will need a room.
Q: What is the format for the presentation?
A: All accepted papers will have poster presentations during one of the five poster sessions, according to the poster presentation schedule.
Q: What is the format/size for posters?
A: It is a typical conference poster size. Posters that are 3×4 feet, or A0 size, will both fit comfortably on the boards. The boards are in “landscape” orientation.
Q: Does the hotel have free parking?
A: Yes, the hotel parking is free as long as you don’t use the valet service.
Q: I am a student. Do I need a full registration to present my paper and have it archived at IEEE Xplore?
A: A full registration is required for each paper presented at the conference. If you are a student, and no co-author has a full registration, you will need to upgrade to a full registration.

Q: How do I get from the SLC airport to the Snowbird resort?
